Avoid moving anytime during the beginning or end of the month. When you plan your move mid-month, you get to enjoy a freer highway.
4. Time of the Year
Statistically speaking, homeowners and renters move between houses anytime from May and September. This time of the year favors families with children because their kids are usually on summer breaks in school, which makes it possible to move with little or no room for disruption in their academic activities.
